Your agents need to see what their merchants actually process

Most ISO management systems show you merchant data in aggregate. You know how many merchants you have. You know total volume. But when your agents need to answer a client question about a specific transaction, or trace back why a chargeback landed, or understand a merchant's real payment patterns, you are stuck in a reporting gap. The merchant payment history problem
