The Money Your Client Book Is Handing to Someone Else

Picture a service business, pest control, HVAC, lawn care, with a book of 2,000 commercial clients. This is a worked example, not a customer story, and the math is the point.

Every one of those clients takes payments. Say they average 80 thousand dollars a year in card volume, which is modest for a service account. That is 160 million dollars in annual payment volume flowing across the book, and today none of it touches the sales company's economics. It rides someone else's rails, earns someone else's residuals.

The math most owners have never run

At an ordinary ISO revenue split, a quarter of one percent of that volume is 400 thousand dollars a year in residual revenue. Recurring. Compounding as the book grows. Currently paid to whoever happened to sign those merchants.
